Casa La Providencia
La Providencia is a house-workshop and artist residence in the Buenos Aires pampas where art, ceramics, and bio-construction coexist in dialogue with nature. Born in the historic district designed by Jorge Bustillo (1964) and surrounded by a ten-hectare wooded park, today it is a space for creation, training, and gathering. The project is run by Desirée De Ridder (visual artist and ceramist) and her daughter Valentina Regazzoni (bioconstructor): together they transformed the old rural warehouse using natural construction techniques and equipped it as a large studio with a wood-fired kiln, work and exhibition areas, and a biodynamic vegetable garden; animals roam freely and are part of the everyday landscape.

La Providencia hosts artist residencies, workshops, and courses in ceramics, bio-construction, drawing, and sustainable design, as well as exhibitions, talks, screenings, retreats, and team workshops. The space is also available for rent for conferences and productions. Everything is done with a focus on careful processes, high-quality materials, sustainability, and animal welfare. It is located on Route 7, km 328.
